2. Return Process

Note: We offer free return shipping for approved returns due to manufacturing defects. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the manufacturing defect. This process may take up to 5 business days. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a refund or replacement (subject to availability). If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once the return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds include the product cost and any taxes paid, excluding any non-refunded shipping fees from the original order.
